Service Overview

Under the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2105) a construction phase plan is required for every construction project.

Our consultant will produce a project specific CPP based on the pre-construction information available, and the CPP will be further developed as the project progresses to accommodate changes through the design and construction phases. We ensure that the CPP complies with CDM 2015 and details plan of works and how the team can work together so that the project progresses without risks to health and safety.
