Jag supported the coaching, mentoring and training to my team, who were appreciative of his guidance and support. The team were able to take Jag’s suggestions on board as his manner put them at ease and he was able to facilitate and promote a relaxed environment where the team could ask questions. The team enjoyed his approach to training and found that he was very knowledgeable with regards to Health & Safety in relation to working in occupied properties.
